The Deuling Design Dana 44 Ford Builder's Truss is made from high quality 1/4" steel. The truss fits 1978 - 1979 Broncos and 1973 - 1979 F150 front axles using OEM radius arms and wedge bushings. 

This truss is a great starting point for those looking to beef up your Dana 44 front axle. 

The truss is designe to fit between the wedge castings and weld to the top or bottom. You can even weld one on the top and bottom for hardcore use. 

Additional layover plates pictured in image 3 provide extra strength.

 

Note: Minimal grinding required to fit bottom side. Welding Required.

    I've been looking for one of these for a very long time so i didn't have to fab it up myself. This kit fit great and was surprisingly easy to bend the top piece into shape. I'm not a fabricator and this was actually pretty plug and play. No additional grinding was needed to fit to MIG weld. I would love to see in the future a slightly lower profile and extend it all the way to the inner C's, but right now it's a great kit and a huge time saver.!!!

    Easy to put together. The long pieces weren’t perfectly straight but with a little muscle I was able to put the truss together. Low profile which is good for clearance. Finished product looks awesome after paint.
